I am a huge Ralph Nader fan. I voted for him last time he ran. I think it is terrible that despite the fact that he would be a great candidate for office, his ability to run is limited by monetary issues. He simply can't get the coverage necessary to get word out about his campaign. Nader, Ron Paul and "Kinky" Friedman should be allowed into the debates (I still think Paul should be running. I personally don't think the differences between McCain and Obama are that substantive on foreign policy, energy, fiscal responsibility (they both voted for this rip-off bailout...!), even healthcare. Certainly their rhetoric is different, but when you actually examine their stated policy positions, there's not a huge gap. Neither party ought to have anything to do with religion or religious matters. This is the purpose of separation of church and state.
